Biafra: BUHARI CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION VISITS RIVERS AMIDST THE PRO-BIAFRA PROTEST.

Last week saw the emergence of one of the ethnic demonstration as described by the Hausa community who lived in Rivers. Based on the pro-Biafra protest at
port-Harcourt last week, the campaign organization of Buhari have sued for peace urging the public that Nigeria is one nation bound in one believe as regards the unity of  this nation.

The group, who visited the state begged for peace, calling for calm as they described the attack as the handiwork of devil and joblessness. But, is this the real truth about the defunct state of Biafra. I guess no! Biafra is not founded under the influence of hunger and joblessness, Biafra is a true federalism seeking for the emancipation of it's people due to marginalization in the so-called nation Nigeria. Now is the time to call a spade a spade. Though, there was clossed-door meeting held by the Buhari campaign group and the police commisioner of the state, the truth still remains that, the real agitation of the people of Biara remains their cause in life and they will never stop protesting until their demands for freedom is met.

The group coordinator, Alhaji Ali Idris Barde, also visited the Hausa community in Gambia Street, Mile 2, Diobu, Port Harcourt, and met with some persons, who were allegedly injured during the protests. One of the injured Hausa expressed his fear of having witnessed such a massive ethnic protest(according to him) since he lived in rivers state for over 44 years now. Here him:

“I just rushed to carry the fire extinguisher in my shop, to put out the fire blazing in my shop; one of them threw a stone and it hit me on the face and blood gushed out,  the protest disrupted social and economic activities in the city of Port Harcourt and I'm appealing to the security agents to guide against further attacks on members of the Hausa community living in the state.

Good!, it is good to forestall peace. but, one thing is for the process of peace to be realized by the group through proper governance and inclusion of the minority group in the helm of affairs in this country. If I'm to say; Nnamdi Kalu is one of the problems, secondly, Biafrans need their freedom. I strongly believe that, there will be no peace unless Biafra is forestalled.
