What do dog expect from the cat? if not a slap on the face. if not togetherness made in disparity. The normal cat and dog story. But one thing causes this; NO HARMONY OF MINDS. The cat say is me. I think am clean always. The dog say no!, because i eat all things. Then the cat in a second response asked the dog: CAN YOU EAT YOUR OWN SHIT? then, the dog tried eating the cat's shit in retaliation to what the cat said, ended-up receiving a hot scratch on the face.
The dog do not know that, the cat burying it's shit does not mean he, the cat, don't know how to eat everything. So, this is why cat and dog lived together but never become friends for one day. The dog eats everything including his own shit. I think the two needs change.
But, the dog has to change first from lost life.Then, the cat should just learn how to control anger.
Who made you a judge?
Good,! to answer your question. I think am justified to judge from both two having to change. Lets have a flash-back of "master mind" a mind which grows out of blending or co-ordination of two or more minds, not one or more. This should be done in the spirit of perfect harmony, then the result is being together of those minds which is harmony.
Practically, in all business and social partnerships lies this element of harmony without which there is no existence of any of these organizations. Ok! why do every sales manager and military groups understands the necessity of an "esprit de corps" which simply transmit to a spirit of common understanding and co-operation in reaching that successful ladder.
Now, not just living together like the cat and dog in my little story above without qualities of friendship that could lead to this master mind which is as a result of harmony. In the above story you saw that the dog never think of leaving anything behind for the cat, even trying to eat the shit buried by the cat, which led to the cat losing his temper. Anyway, the cat on his own need harmony of mind to understand the dog. The big issue now is; how can we, including (the cat and dog) obtain this harmony of mind?
From my little exposure in the entrepreneurial world and in trying to build myself through, with barely nothing, this harmony can be obtained thus:
1. Discipline
2. Voluntarily or force, such in a nature that the individual minds become blended in a "master mind," by this i mean that the chemistry of each individual minds be modified in such a manner that these minds blend and function as one.
One should understand that, the method through which this blending process take place differs from individual leaders. Every leader has his/her own way of blending the minds of the followers. one uses force. The other uses persuasion. While some plays on the fear of penalties, others uses reward as a medium to reduce the minds of individual followers where they may blend into a mass mind.
A vivid case here is that of Napoleon, the soldiers followed him to certain death just because of his personality. And this personality is nothing more but the chemistry of his mind.
NOTE: No group of minds could be blended together if any of the individuals has this negative, repellent minds. Know you that, the negative and positive mind can not blend here in the spirit of oneness.
Truely speaking, lack of knowledge about this have brought many able leaders to defeat. As you learnt in my little story about cat and dog. The dog with its negative mind of eating everything always receive it very hot from the cat.So, no harmony of mind within the cat and dog's environment then, they never build a sustainable relationship. (NO MASTER MIND AT LAST).
Why do sales organizations meet onec a week?
Is it for the purpose of what?
FOR THE PURPOSE OF MERGING THE MINDS OF INDIVIDUAL INTO A MASTER MIND, WHICH SERVES AS STIMULUS TO THE INDIVIDUAL MINDS JUST FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF DAYS before the next meeting.
My good reader, don't forget that this is to recharge the individual minds, creating a venue for mind contacts because, the human brain may be compared to an electric battery which will become exhausted or run down, causing the owner many De-value such as: feeling despondent, discouraged and lack of "pep".
Who can claim never been in such a feeling before?
So, when human brain is in such depleted condition, MUST, and i say again, must be recharged and, don't forget that the manner through which this is done is through contact with a more vital mind or minds.
