An American citizen was mauled to death by a lion in S Africa which leaped through the window of her car. This happened at a privately-run game park just outside Johannesburg on Monday, a park official said. According to Scott Simpson, operations manager of The Lion Park venue.
"There was a car driving to the
lion camp and the lion did come through the window and bite the lady,".
"The ambulance arrived quite soon, but the lady had passed away." The girl who is 22 was traveling along side with another American tourist northwest of South Africa's biggest city, while leaving their car windows open. The second American suffered a serious injury while trying to save the woman, and is being treated in a hospital over their in S Africa. This is the last in attacks witnessed against human beings by lion, which normally occur among citizens and foreigners.
