FEAR IN THE CAMP OF FORMER MINISTERS (Jonathan's ministers under pressure).

"He who do not handle any smelly thing, have no need to smell his hands often"
The arrest of former oil minister, DIEZANI Madueke by the Metropolitan Police, have created an unimaginable fear in the camp of the served ministers.

And there is an increase in this fear now as it was noticed that, the anti-graft agencies like EFCC are collaborating with their foreign counterparts in this task to fish out the money stolen. Only last weekend, the British National Crime Agency was said to have sent a team of detectives to work with operatives of Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to probe Alison-Madueke. And the president made it official last night that, he is collobarating with the foreign agency on Maduekwe's case.

A presidentiaal aid Garba Shehu disclosed it thus:

 “The government is aware of the arrest and all the government investigative agencies are working very closely with the British law enforcement…Nobody wants to give the impression that this government is frivolous and UN serious.
“For this reason, government is only confirming active collaboration. Beyond this, we are not saying more. In due course, Nigerians will be briefed on updates as appropriate.”

Meanwhile, a source from EFCC said that the probe will not be limited to Maduekwe, that it will be extended to every sector. Sectors like NNPC, Former ministers, etc are to be probed. stated the EFCC agent.

Accepting truely  that fear is at grip with them, former minister of Jonathan's administration made it clear that, there have been fear since the inception of office of the new president. According to the minister;
" We know thsi is going to come atlast but, all we say is that some of us who is not involved this act should be treated with no blames, because from the look of things now, it is all but witch hunting"

Still, one must have to ask, what happens to guilty conscience when it did not know that it's perfectly guilty as charged?  There is no cause for alarm because, Nigerians have seen it all with them.
