THE SENATE SUMMONS BUHARI OVER BECOMING THE OIL MINISTER.

Today's plenary section where the senate will review the list submitted by the president will be tough , as the senate have vowed that president Mohamadu Buhari must be
present at the senate house as the minister of petroleum as indicated by our nation's constitution.
Well, as the situation stands now, many opinion are formed among divided minds. Still on people's forum this early morning at Dfm in Enugu, some callers are of the opinion that the president should not have accord himself the petroleum minister because, it will make him have a divided activities which will definitely have him focusing more on oil than in governing.

Why others congratulated him for such move, noting that such a move will help in shutting the door for oil bunkerers and looters and, according to the caller; this is an indication why some senate members who involved in such hidden oil activity don't want him to be there.

But, the president should not forget that the constitution of this country makes it a law for ministers to be nominated from all states of the federation so, mounting as oil minister means that, he is also shutting the door for any other person that might be coming from Katsina state.

Though, the president is entitled to oversea over any ministry, he should also forget not to appoint a minister of state, junior minister over that ministry because, immediately he takes an oath as a minister, he ceases from becoming the president.

So, i think he is trying to oversea over the ministry as a past minister of the same sector.
