material you are about to learn is more efficient than studying and re-studying that material. Based on this study, it is a more effective way for remembering something whether you are learning a language or science or any field of study in life.-----simple, practice recalling what it is your are learning. It’s probably a lot more effective than trying to drill the facts into your head by staring at them for an hour.
