EFCC, Olisah Metuh And The Arms Deal Scandal.

$2.1 billion arms contracts which led to the arrests and trial of former National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki (retd) and former Sokoto State governor, Attahiru Bafarawa, among others.

Could this be the reason why EFCC arrested Metuh yesterday in his residential home at Abuja or could it be as alleged by the PDP members that metuh has been under threat as the PDP spokesman since the inception of Buhari?  Which he have been on the fore-front of criticizing the present government on the way they handle the issue of rule of law.

Well, what ever may be the case, Metuh have to clear himself off this unscrupulous arms scandal that have been on the fore-front. Remember, it is only the hand that made the pot to make some noise. Had it been the hand did not go to the pot, i don't see any reason why the pot should make some noise.

Meanwhile, the PDP demanded Metuh’s immediate release. In a statement signed by the National Secretary, Prof. Adewale Oladepo, the PDP said: “This development, which did not come to us as a surprise given series of threats to our party’s spokesman by the APC and the Federal Government, who are obviously not comfortable with our stance on the confused state of the nation under their watch, is a continuation of APC’s grand design to silence and decimate the PDP.

On a clear ground, you should know that PDP held power for over 16 years and nothing could be accounted for their stay in office. I beg they should sit down and comprehend instead of making UN-wholesome noise that could render them useless at last.
